HZ-F500QD adalah mesin metal detector makanan tipe conveyor yang digunakan untuk mendeteksi kontaminasi logam pada produk makanan dan minuman, khususnya produk berbentuk bubuk yang dikemas dalam karung kertas, kantong plastik, atau kemasan fleksibel lainnya.
Mesin ini cocok digunakan untuk berbagai produk seperti:

HZ-F500QD menggunakan sistem deteksi berbasis microcomputer yang dilengkapi 5-inch full-touch LCD screen. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memberikan sensitivitas deteksi yang tinggi, pengoperasian yang mudah, dan kinerja yang stabil.
Jika terdeteksi adanya logam, mesin akan memberikan alarm suara dan indikator LED. Conveyor juga dapat berhenti secara otomatis untuk membantu mencegah produk yang terkontaminasi melanjutkan proses produksi.
